What to expect

In this package I offer 6 life coaching sessions with a duration of 1 hour each. These sessions must be used within 3 months for utmost effectiveness. Within these 6 sessions you will: - deconstruct and clearly understand the challenge at hand - identify realistic and sustainable change opportunity as a desirable outcome - create an actionable roadmap - work through points of resistance such as limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior - attaining paradigm shift is possible

Cancelation Policy

To reschedule any appointments, you are required to give at least 48 hours notice. If you fail to give 48 hours notice, your coach will be within her rights to charge for that session.
